Golden Sun: HELP!!! Lunpa fortress

Heyhey everyone.
I need some help with the fortress. I can't find any keys to get into any of the locked places. And also, i can't find the switch the three bandits (that you fight) thought about (I read thier minds).
Anyone have some info? Thanx.

some point in the fortress you will come to a locked bar door with a key on the table on the other side. Use the catch psynergy to obtain this item and unlock all of the doors.
