people who dont like Gundam wing or DBZ

I like anime but what is dont like is anime with no story and all battle scenes......like Dragon Ball Z a sixth of the cartoon is their faces with lights flashing rapedly and them grunting . And Gundam Wing the battles are cool and stuff but there is not real story there is a plot but no story. If anyone else has any anime like these please tell me. here is the anime that i enjoy....

i agree with you, the gundam series you listed are good, but i have some recomendations for some anime's that r pretty sweet.


1. Cowboy Bebop, a show about some bounty hunters... trying to get some money... and... clean the galaxy of scum...(i dont really know how to explain it,so just go read a review about it somewheres)
2.Yu Yu Hakusho a show about the main character who is suprised to be dead in the first episode(its hard to explain what its about without spoiling the story but its an ok anime)

those ar the only ones i can think of that you didn't list that r good anime's

DBZ has no story. I am not an idiot, I have seen the show and I do know what I'm talking about.

Obviously I'm exaggerating when I say no story. It does have one but its the same crap all the time. Evil guy comes and threatens to kill someone/destroy something, DBZ fighters come, fight and lose. Find a way to become super-duper powerful and woop the bad guy in a thousand episode long battle. Everything goes back to normal for about 5 minutes and then it starts over.

I like gundam wing but its far from my favourite. My favourites are Evangelion and Martian Succsessor Nadesko (the former more than the latter)

dragon ball z is so crap the only good thing is the animations... I watched about 2 episodes and all they do is moan like theyre constupated for a few episodes i hate it... Gundam is so much cooler.......... and Bubble Gum Crisis all the rest suck a phat **** east side ya'll

well, i don't care for the Dragon Ball stuff... but GUndam is pretty cool. It's not at the top of my list, but it's cool. Y'all try Zoids Chaotic Century or Guardian Force (a.k.a. Classic Zoids). It has a storyline, that's why i like it alot better than New Century Zero. Also i LOVE Record of Lodoss War. That was an AWESOME anime! i wish i could download kazaa soon so i could watch it... *sighs*

I havn't read through most of this thread yet but all I can say is that all the people that agree with greyfox should be ashamed of themselves, those are two of the greatest pieces of anime I've ever seen, sure they lack good artists, but still they're the greatest:angryfire
