Since he is the one that it took at the end of dragonball gt, and goku or vegeta couldn't do it by themselves, and since this is the end of it all, brolly, gohan, goten, and trunks were also out of the picture...I would say that vegetto is the strongest.

I would've posted this yesterday but thanks to computer problems I wasn't able to so to make sure I am just gonna make this short!

Vegetto: Shouldn't count he is a fusion of 2 in 1 body.

Brolly: He is at Legendary Super Saiyan 2 Form when he cannot be defeated.

Gogeta: Again fusion.

Goku: Could be second to third strongest "Super Saiyan." He was just a little bit weaker than Cell while the Cell Games and he was only in his "Super Saiyan 1 Form." And he did put up a very good fight."

Goten & Trunks: Can't be, they are only strong during fusion and are out of the picture on DBGT. (Couldn't know if they trained or not)

Vegeta: He was the strongest "Super Saiyan" but only for a short time during the Android Saga. After that we never found out if he was more powerful than Goku or not in his "Super Saiyan 1 Form."

Mystic Gohan: For a fact he is the strongest "Super Saiyan." He doesn't even get the blonde hair and he was beating Super Buu up! Gohan could've still powered up to Super Saiyan 2 in his Mystic Form but somehow he decided not too because it was too much power.

So I would say that Mystic Gohan is the strongest "Super Saiyan.":sungl:

gohan is the strongest in mystic form i have a list of power levels but in actuallity Goku is the strongest by the end of the GT MOVIES because he fuses with the black star dragon balls and becomes a god

I'm going to correct all of you......Brolly never was ssj2, he was ussj, ultra saiyan....That is what vegeta was in the cell saga. So brolly is not the strongest in the end. Gojita and vegetto in my opinion should count because power is power, it doesn't matter how you obtain it. Even know they fused it is still one person. Super Saiyan 4 Vegetto is by far the strongest.

Here I go and prove myself... Duh! Brolly was Legendary Ultra Saiyan... Also known as Super Saiyan 2 with lots of muscles! So he doesn't count as "Super Saiyan." And I still say Vegito and Gogeta shouldn't count because they are fusion!:sungl:

P.S. Another reason they shouldn't count... They don't stay like that for the entire show... It was temporarily! So let's say that also counts... Mystic Gohan is the strongest "Super Saiyan."

Why do you people reply without thinking about things....Brolly is ultra saiyan, that isn't even as powerful as gohan is in the cell saga. Super Saiyan two is stronger than ultra saiyan. Vegeta was Ultra saiyan, Gohan is cell saga was super saiyan two. Gohan is way more powerful than vegeta was then therefore brolly is not the strongest. And you have to concider, Super Saiyan four would demolish brolly. If you don't agree than you are the by far the stupidest person I know.

For the last time!

Brolly= Ultra Legendary Super Saiyan/ Saiyajin (Both same just one is for short) Brolly is Legendary Ultra Super Saiyan < See that Legendary... He was Super Saiyan right after he was born for God's sake (Not to offend anyone).

Gohan= Mystic Super Saiyan 1 Form can defeat the Legendary USSJ Brolly with ease... Mystic Gohan can still power up to MSSJ2 Form except it takes too long to power up! Only reason he didn't do so...

Hey SSJVegeta we are talking about just regular SSJ Form right here... Didn't you see! Seto asked who is the strongest SSJ... So technically Mystic Gohan SSJ1 Form will be the strongest out of everyone else.

Another thing in Brolly Movie 2, Gohan defeats Brolly... Can't really remember how but he does! Goku defeated him on Movie 1 but only because everyone else surrendered their power to him thus making some kind of Super Spirit Bomb Punch... Hey it was blue what can I say... Lol!

Now does anyone get it yet?

And Seto, Brolly isn't really the strongest SSJ... Mystic Gohan SSJ Form is... Here are some of the power levels I got!

Mystic Gohan SSJ1= PL-700,000,000 (About)
Brolly Legendary SSJ1=PL-200,000,000 (About)
Brolly Legendary UltraSSJ=PL-350,000,000 (About)

P.S. Ultra Saiyan is stronger than SSJ2 Form except that all the muscles get on the way thus making them slower and not able to attack with all the power against fast enemies... SSJ2 Form is just a little bit weaker than USSJ Form but keeps the speed making it a good form!
