IT IS TRUE: RARE HAS BEEN BOUGHT BY MICROSOFT BUT...

The truth:

Nintendo sold all of its 49% share in Rare UK to Microsoft. This means Rare is Microsoft owned.

This means it can make Microsoft only games, but can also go multiformat.

Nintendo loaned Rare Donkey Kong and StarFox, so Rare cannot make those games.

Rare only made 1% of last year's Nintendo games.

Rare's only 2 games confirmed for Xbox in 2003 are Perfect Dark Zero and Keimo.

There were, for me 2 reasons to buy an Gamecube. 1 of them is smash brother and the other was Perfect Dark zero. I think im gonna buy an Xbox now. I don't think it will be multiformat and besides it will be a while before RARE make any games for Xbox becoz it will take em a while to get used to the new Console etc, I give em till late 2003-2004, lol by then the consoles will be dieing anyway
