I don't think there are even plans for it. But turn into Gotenks, that would be sweet.

a down - drop kick

b- ki blast
b down- super saiyan (all this does is makes his attacks a little stronger)
b^- flying ki
b>or< sword reflection

grab a- stab
grab down- ki slam
grab up- rising ki sword
grab forword- burning ki shot
grab backword- back kick

Fat Buu

A- rapid punches
run +a= headbutt
down a- sweep

B- charge ki blast
B>- turn enemies to food, chew them, and spit them out (lower damage)
B down- absorb enemy for a short time
B up- "Bang Bang" huge blast that can instantly kill when charged up

yeah and when he eats an enemy as food he should get damage back
