Help Anyone!?!?

Can anyone help me out, I have Quake 3 arena on the Dreamcast and I can't figure out how to get the cheats. Every cheat site I've been to says to beat the game on any difficulty to unlock the VMU maze. I have beaten the game on the first three difficulty settings, but I haven't been able to get to the mazes. I have a VMU, but I don't know how to get to the mazes. Any one who can help it would be appreciated.

No cuz some might of started the rumor ir was true, and then got posted all over the web.So it doesnt have to be true, ive come across alotta cheats that didnt work but were on every site i tried, and i know i was doing them right.

ya that has happend to me a couple times to but that is y it is hard to belive ppl sometimes
