Can't wait for 3.1 then 3.2...

They are called 2.2.6, 2.2.7, and 2.2.8, because it started out as Version 1...

Then it went to Version 1.1, and so on until Version 2.0...

From Version 2.0, instead of increasing it by point 1 every single time there was an update, they decided to make it go in smaller amounts...

2.0.1, 2.0.2, and 2.0.3 followed pretty quickly as the Buggy vBulletin 2 was fixed...

Before long, it was Version 2.2, called 2.2.0...

Seeing as this board is still Version 2.2 of vBulletin, they decided that it would updated with a new number at the end, i.e. 2.2.1 - 2.2.9, and each number would stand for the number upgrade...

2.2.9 stands for vBulletin Version 2, 9th Upgrade:)

Unfortunately, vB3 (Also known as vBulletin Jupiter), is still in Beta...

vB3 will incorporate alot of vBulletin code moficiations, called vB hacks, found at http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/

vB3 is just the next step in vBulletin progress...

Be on the lookout for vB 2.2.10!! I hear it's coming out soon!

@Stryker - Yes - vB3 has a Quick Reply Box...Slightly different than the one @ DarkBlazes though...

No, It doesn't have it, and it isn't a hack. It si provided if they want it. There are some new things I see, but will it make it slower?
