some threads say Sticky in white leeters by them, what does it mean? like some say moved.

it means it wont move, as its stuck there, and moved was moved from a diff forum

Sticky stays at top and only changes if a sticky below it posts then it gets moved up.

@unrealdimensions - Sticky threads can still be moved...
A good definition of a "Sticky" thread is that it will remain at the top of the first page of a forum for as long as the admins/security/mods want it to, and will only be put back to where it should be timewise when it is unstuck;)
