James Bond Nightfire help

On James Bond Nightfire, I get to the level called crosswire or something. When you have to rescue the hostages, I kill all the enemies i see and leave the girl on the balcony who is crouching down.
When i get to the kitchen part in the stage iget a mission fail because a civilian was killed!
Can anyone help me?

I havent played this game very much but i think it is because you either get spotted by someone (or a camera, and it triggers them to kill someone)or the girl younleft on the balcony dies by either getting shot or captured?!Hmmmmm......when i am at that point i will post more info on here for you!

I have found your problem.......it is the fact that there is an actual time limit on that level but it doesnt hvae a clock or anyhting it is triggerd by your re-actions by shooting someone or taking to long to save a hostage (Civilian)..... ;) Tell me when you have done it!
