Dreamcast Problems

I just bought this dreamcast and a game w/1 remote. the game wont work so i went back and bought another game and this 1 worked but when it got to the spot it said "press 'START' to continue" and that did not work so do u think that it was the remote or the game? i am going to the mall to talk the them but i want an outsider opinion on what i should do. :)

Well it's either your Dreamcast or your Remote. But never having this problem I can't be positive

........ sorry unreal....... lol just want the thing to work but it does now. : P i went to the store and got another remote but it was not that it was the dreamcast and so i went back and exchanged it and got another 1 and now it works ;)

The reason its so popular is because it was the first system to have better graphics than the 64, and the first system to have online play, the only reason it didnt do so well, because the didnt time there sale, and advertise enough.

I had a similar problem with my DC, I bought a fishing rod controller for it (which must have been duff) it fused the joystick ports on 2 DC's............so stay away from fishing rods!!

i would say, fighting, basketball, racing ( ones like diddy kong racing) and skatboarding.

Jet Grind Radio, Shenmue, Sonic 1&2, THPS2.

Jet Grind is the best DC game in my opinion.
