The gameboy advance sp comes to the US march 23, 2003 and is backlit but the screen is not bigger. The US cost is 99.99 when i just reserved it at gamestop last week.

It's just an improved GBA. U wanna spend $99 on nothing but a slight improvement? I have an adapter; I haven't used batteries for about a year.

Tho, u could trade in your old GBA along with only $50, I think that would work.

Besides the new battery, the light, and the new screen, there is no reason to get it.

I personally think its totaly pointless to have a GBA sp, it plays the same games as GBA and it serves the same perpose. Its more expensive and the only features that set it appart is a built in light, and A lithum battery. Thats why i'm buying the Regular GBA. The Regular one is Cheaper
