How do I get to "the lip of the clock" in Cloud Nine?

go to the end of the level. (clock tower) there is a hallway to the right of the bear. follow hallway. climb ladder. get to top of ladder, look out there will be ledges to the sides. explore ledges.

You had asked about accessing the last gems in this level. Here's the answer:

They're above the first walkway.
Go up the ladder and into the room.
Turn around and jump back out onto the ledge on your right.
Look down to your right and you will see a portion of the red roof of the walkway.
Glide down around the dome to the top of the walkway.

thanks I found them dur to a glich in the game or machine. The only thing I need to figure out how to beat is the tank in the honey world. I'm not good with that type of shooting game. yeah if you need help let me know.
