Help on changing a file.

Ok, i used 3d flash animator to make a new avy from scratch, and i dont know how to turn the file into a .gif to use it on cd, i have it in a swf file that some site can use, but i was wondering if anyone can change it for me, or tell me how.

I tried to load it on to here but it wont take it :(

thats because it is either a swi. or swf. which both reqiure flash players and you can only upload gif's and jpeg's. I use SWiSH and Flash MX all the time but it doesnt work in avatars....Its just the fact that v.bulletin is made with only uploads as gif. and jpeg's.....send me the swf and i can see whether i can use coffee cup gif animater to convert it....
