how do you beat next to the last boss on oracle of ages the 2 witches

yeah I've got that game and finished it but I forgot how to beat them witches I'll take a look and let ya know

Reflect their magic back at the witches with your sword. Fire goes to the ice witch and ice goes to the fire witch. After a few direct hits, they'll combine themselves (Ocarina of Time remake) to make Twinrova. This time, stop their magic assault with your Spin Sword attack and then shoot a Scent Seed at them. Should you miss an attack, avoid the still hot or still cold spots to prevent injury
