It's a P2P (Peer to Peer) Program, where yo ucan sharwe files among people. Not only music, but images, software, etc.

Downloading copyrighted material off of it is Illegal.

Napster got shut down because they Encouraged the downloading of Copyrighted materila off of it.

KaZaA and other P2P Programs (like Grokster, Limewire, Bearshare, Morpheus etc.) say that you are not allowed to share Copyrighted material, and so they can't be shut down...

Basically, it is a 'site' (pretty much) where you cna download stuff you would normally have to pay for = Illegal. :lol:

nope there starting to charge you for all the music you download now =(. You will get an e-mail saying that you have to pay for them from now on. Watch the news it will tell you.
