Enter The Matrix Problem

Hi, I have a Problem with enter the matrix, i have played the level with the morpheus chase on the highway, but when the next level ("The Truck") is loading, i go right back to windows.
I have really tried everything ...
Can someone help me and if not, is there someone who has a savegame with "The Truck" already done ?

I'm having the exact same problem. Here is a list of the hardware I'm using to run the game:

P4 2.4Ghz 533Mhz FSB
Asus P4C800 Deluxe Mobo
512MB Corsair XMS PC3200 DDR
80 GB 7200RPM ATA133 HD
Creative Sound Blaster Live! MP3+ 5.1
19" Viewsonic VX900 LCD Screen
ATI 9700 Pro 128MB
Windows XP Pro

I have all of the latest drivers, and the latest service pack for windows. I have no clue what is going on with ETM. not to mention I have used Dr. Watson to see if that would give me an error report, but i dont' get a thing from it. Doesn't even report a malfunction.

Is anyone else having this problem? anyone got a save for after this level? please help!!

:swear: this is not :tup: , i stuck the same place ya are, no clue about it, I got the game from mirc, so its fake, dont know is it the game has a problem, or my comp, but my thought isn't going to be both, mirc game always playable, mostly, so if ya know whats the problem, plz tell me too. ok people, I finally figured it out. If you got the deviance no-cd "patch" for this game, their "patch" is all messed up. I guess you could say that it wasn't done correctly. You need to get the fairlight no-cd "patch". That one fixes everything. Enjoy. :cool: I've tested and it does work. :tup:

I see you can find solution to any problem. So if you can please help me with mine. I am stuck in Agent on board level. I need to jump off the plane but I cant. Niobe bounces off some kind of wall or something. I downloaded v.1.51 patch but it did not work. If you dont know what to please send me a saved game after this level: olegm@cox.net.

are you using focus when you do this? I find that sometimes when you use focus when you are too close to agents the game goes kinda screwy sometimes.

okay....first off...your computer is barely meeting the system requirements. Make sure that you have downloaded and installed all of the correct drivers for your Video card, motherboard, and also make sure you have SP1 for Home Edition. Now when you say that your stuck in an agent, do the two models (Niobi and The Agent) come as one and you can't move? Can you see the open spot in which you jump out of? Please give me some more specific details.

do you remeber that level? It is on the plane and you have to save the guy named Axel. Pilot changes onto the agent and Axel shows two middle fingers and jumps out. What did you do after that guy jumped out?

:swear: I've tried way too many times to get the multiplayer to work. I got oter cheas to work but not that one. I type in "cheat D5C55D1E" in the hacking thing and it says its not right and the show the usage of cheat. WHY? Why wont it work? Also people say go to the cheat menu. I have the PC version, beat the game on hard both ways, hacked the Matrix, talked to Sparks, he said bye, shut off console, and still nothing.

yeah i know i beat the game also, did all the hacking stuff (chatting with trinity and sparks and getting the message from neo 'n stuff) and STILL no multiplayer, OR getting to play as Neo, Morpheus or Trinity. Now, i was already unsure if you could play as Neo or Morpheus since i never saw any ingame models of them, but there ís an ingame model of trinity but you can't even get to play as her! what's up with that? did some smartass just post some fake cheats, or are we doing something wrong here? please, anyone, help us !!!!

If I may butt in here. I had the same problem but once I kicked that pesky agent out the door i was able to jump from the plane. But I'm stuck again. It's at the point where all the captains have their meeting and it gets broken up. Everyone heads their own way. I have to climb to the top of the ladder and shoot some snipers before they shoot that lamer Ballard ( he doesn't have enough sense to hide ). The problem is they don't give you enough time to do the job before they count you out. Is there something I'm missing? Any body have a clue as to how to deal with this? Obviously I've screwed up somewhere and posted this to the wrong thread. Bear with me , it can only get better.

when you are nearing the top of the ladder : already press FOCUS and then get your sniper rifle as fast as you can. If you're smart enough, you should have been able to remember WHERE the snipers were last time you were up there (when ballard got shot and you went game over) so then keep focus on and then just shoot the *******s as fast as humanly possible.

if u sue ur focus when firing the sniper you will have more time to find out where they are, may take a few attempts but like the guy above said, they always go the same place so u can just learnt he pattern

The trick is to use your focus sparingly and force the agent out onto the edge of the plane. Then deliver a focus kick that will send him plummeting to his death! That activates an animation sequence where your character jumps to safety. Good luck!

OK guys!!!!! pc dont have multiplay, BUt dont feel sad, something that pc one have , xbox,ps2,and gc dont have, is u get to play neo,morph,trinity and other ppl, HOw???!!
here, first go to your etm folder go to [actor] folder, find neo,trinity or who ever u want to use [.dcx] file, make a folder on desktop first, and paste that person .dcx file inside the folder ex:[neo.dxc], copy this file and put it in the new folder on the desktop, i repeat myself, just to make sure every detail i give u will help, this copy ghost_costume01.dxc name and paste the name on neo.dcx ex:[neo.dcx to ghost_costume01.dcx] <==same file only name change, finish the other yourself, change all the ghost_costume.dxc name on neo.dxc file, there should be 1,2,3,4,
ghost costume and other 4,5 ghost costume need to be change, after u finish the name change backup the normal ghost file, to one folder, and paste the neo name change to ghost_costume in to the actors folder, there u go, u done, have fine with neo.

p.s this work for all the char in the game,only thing is suck, is i can't figure out how to change their move yet, i will figure that out later, have fun!!!!!!!!

well, i got a good news and a bad news, good news is i know how to use other character move, the move is in the animation folder, and bad news is I dont know which one is the normal ghost and niobe file, the changing move is same like the style of changing character, ok thats all for today, more news coming later!!!!

Maybe if any of you out there could (re)-program such a .asb file that'd be cool. Implementing stuff like super-flying kicks, flying (lol), stopping bullets, etc. and a mixture of the combat styles that Ghost, Niobe, Trinity and the Agents use (which would mean he has over 9000 moves...) that'd be great.

When i try to install enter the matrix, everything is fine until the last disc. When the last disc has installed some files an error occures.
"CRC Error"
"The file D:\Program Files\Infogrames\Enter The Matrix\sound\streams\RZad_CN_STABBED2.adp doesn`t match the file in the setup`s .cab file. The medium from which you are running the setup may be corrupted; contact your software vendor"
Then I can press Cancel, Try Again or Ignore.
The try again button don`t get me anywhere, but when I press the Ignore button the same message comes up again, but with another filename ............\RZad_Do_Effort1.adp.
Then I press ignore again and ...............\RZad_Do_Effort2.adp
Then I press Ignore and a new error window pops up:

File:
Error: Error

sorry can't help those kind of problem, those are computer problem, the only thing i think is that a real matrix game cd or a iso copy one, if u dont want to tell me, its ok, u said ur friend comp can run the last disc, yeah things happen like that, i saw that happen before, i can't figure anything to make it load for u, so sorry about that.
p.s copy one, u should try go to mirc, and dl the last disc from it, if you have a real game, then exchange it.

and one more thing, all those f***ing cheats out there are for different platforms and they've just decided to add them to the pc cheats section when none of them bloody work..

The only thing i got to work was things like enemies can't see you abd the bonus level... I got clearence for every drive, completed both the game hard on ghost and naobi...

I never got low grav, turbo mode or any of those cheats to work and it just pisses me off!

we tested all game versions but still nothing :( :mad: :tdown:

Im quite sure of you could find the correct file you could give extra moves that others have:), but no new ones..

Go to the matrix folder, go to the ETM folder, then the actor folder, find Neo, Trinity Or Morpheus' file (the extension should be .DCX) and copy it. Make a new folder on your desktop, and paste it into it and then find the Ghost file, and paste to the same place, [for a backup incase you messup] and do the same with all files, then rename all the Ghost files Neo, or whatever, (lol), so the computer will use the Neo clothing instead of Ghost..

Dont try this if you dont know what you are doing.

in the hacking simulator whats the last thing you can do?

ive talked to sparks and he said back to the mission etc...

unlocked, b:, v: Ram: got root, and ice port key'd the first 150 ports gonna do the rest asap

is their any other ports that do anythign appart from 942?

but yeah i have done everything i can think off.

does more get unlocked later in the game?

also the training leel for the PC ive only had a few attempts at it found it quite hard does the other door get unlocked when you complete both trainings in that room.

and how do you get to do training senarios like the TRAINING.EXE file describes?
