If you have played Toca Race Driver for the PS2 can you please give me some tips on how to get the cars of the starting grid because the wheels just spin and I lose something like 3 or 4 four places.

I tried your advice and the car did not spin it’s wheels as much this time.
Thanks for the help Dark Realms.
I also noticed something else the other day as well and it was when I crashed at a tight corner on one of the tracks that the game seemed to slow down a lot and when another car rammed me from behind the sound went quieter until I got the revs up and the sound went back to normal and it happens it every car I have got.
Have you had any problems like this because the problem with the sound only seems to happen in this game.

glad it work better...
hmm, if you crash on the grass the game seems slower i think... but i also think its the fact of, when you crash and you spin and other cars go past you, the game go's slow and glithcy, because it has to load so much... not sure..i will test it
