help!

i got this photojam 3 program and i dont know how to save to a floppy disk! and i need to know how to get a pic from the program to the internet.
pls help!

i got it for free at shockwave.com in music & pictures so please help i got the download version tho. okay thanx.

I will explain it better

if you want to save:
file>save as>3 1/2 floppy

if you want to open:
file>open>3 1/2 flopp>what ever is in there.
