You make them in PS or PSP or whatever you use, and then you use a program to set them as cursors...

:D

But i have no idea what proggy to set emm as cursors lol...

At leats thats how you do it ifyoure a user of CursorXP

Itz called an Icon Editing Tool, you use it to make cursors and other icons :tup:
