Let me guess:youve heard spectacular reviews for this adventure game huh??Well.....mine is no exception,this game is great!!

First off,i dunno if there is 1 better looking game on PS2 than this.Seriously,the outside areas have brilliant scenry,and the "scripted events"like explosions and destructions are so neat,and the fact that it is impossible to get hit by one,and its there just for marvel is pretty neat.The only flaw is the camera which can seriuosly screw up the atmosphere.Other than that the game is dreamy.If you run along a wall,with a flag on the wall you will see it flow back and fourth after you run across it,and the waitng animations include the Prince dusting his pants of,where you can see the rust loose off.The little unspotted,underatted details are what make this game so neat.

Even smoother than the dreamy graphics,is the awsome control.It never feels frustrating,and is always so easy.In PoP running along the walls are simple all do is run near and tap R1 and the cool camera angles will make you feel accomplished that easy.I do wish you could crawl and punch(you cna kick in fights,its pretty random tho),but the time system makes this so fun.Get whapped with a axe by a ugly monster??With holding L1 you have limtied time to start back the process.So you can rewind a few motions after getting whacked,the cartwheel outta the way,and our life is saved!!You cna also use this after beyotched death leaps.Its graceful.

Like most adventures,PoP is pretty quiet while running around,but the main menu itself has a cool look with some soothing sound effects.But,if ya seen the commercial,im sure you believe that song(or that mix)would be in the game,right?Wrong.And when ya die or fail,Prince convinces ya to restart,and he sounds like Simon Cowell!!!!

Overall,this game is good,and long(20 hours).Its story sucks(cnat really tell the point,but anyways,the gameplay and look is good enough.And the main menu screen is flat out stunning.Add the cool trap dodging contorls,awsome moves with easy combos on the controller(like running up an enemys back,and then slashing them on your way down,all exucuted with running at then,then X,then while in the air,Square,it iant rocket sci).

If yal ike adventure games buy this.Ya ownt find a better one anywhere else.
