Grpahiclly TC,falls short of just about every compitetion in the genre.Driver 3 has more shinyness,Getaway has more polish and Vice City has that better cartoon look than TC tries to have.The charcter models are alright,and the cutscenes make the game slightly better looking.Also cool,the effects in the enviroments.But its real saving grace?The perfect recreation of LA.Its almost as real as Getaways Loindon.Then Luxo threw in Dragons,400 year old chinese guys and zombies.Hmmm....maybe in Resident Evil or Silent Hill,but not LA.

TC controls better than a whole bunch of games out there.Its magnificent cop controls are easy and rewarding.You can flash your badge,fire warning shots,frisk pedestrians,and dive slide and clothesline fugitives your chasing.The drving is a bit clumsy,the shooting is pretty well balanced,the fighitng gets better,but the stelath is worth talking about.It controls easier than MGS or SC,and looks more reliastic Getaway.You can snap necks,judo chop,shoot a tranqulizer,flip and wall hug,all in a easy format.Luxo should keep this engine and corporate it into a stealth only game.

Sound?Well you may notl ike rap(if ya odnt than put in your fave CD,turn the voulme down to 0,cause TC is all rap.)If ya do,than TC is an audio treat.All voice overs are fantastic(espeacially Christopher Walken)Russel Wong,makes Nick sound like a badass,and he is,so its all really good in the hood.Even strippers ask you if you like to touch!!!Overall,the game can be funnier than hell,Walken always has something to say(good or bad,its awsome),Nick always has some funny or smartass remark(ex.when in a shooting level he'll ask "Maybe you *****es need a big hug??",LOL!!!)Hate rap?whatever,just listen to the voiceovers please.

The game is shorter than than your moms IQ.Seriously,itll take oyu 8 hours max to beat it.However,it is pretty sweet while it lasts.The 24/7 buildings are open via having badge points.Which you earn by doing good deeds,beating levels and stopping criminals.These building have 3 differnt types:driving,shooting,fighting.in shooting oyu learn new techniques like laser sight,hollow point,ETC. Fighting you learn ground attacks,reviese attacks and combos.Drving you cna unlock nitro boost,2 wheel drive(see:commercial) etc.Plus,Snoop Dogg is an unlockable playable chracter!!!Ho cna u go worng?

Tilt:
TC is short but sweet.Funny but offensive(since when is it right to radi a strip club and beat up all the woman??)crappy lookng but awsome gameplay.Ya see its all opinion,I love it.Rent it first then you decide.
