format....
well it came to that time where a format was actually necessary we had a crap load of games we didnt need on there and programs we never used more then 2 ....its kinda good to have some available space ...

Yeah I formatted my PC a month ago, its handy, I think ill format it every 6 months to keep it in top shape

I only format when I am reinstalling my OS for some reason or another. A defrag every few weeks and a good sort out of uneeded files now and then and you will have a fast enough system.
