yes you can use the god card in the tournaments because i went to one today and they said you can have that ra in your deck if it came out of the game

How are you able to use it if no one truly knows what it does? The description doesn't tell you either. Did they make something up? I doubt it.

i dont know the effect i just use it as a normal non-effect monster the tournament adminastrator said to use it like

If you can't use any effects like they show in the cartoon, why would you want to use it?

You can't use it without knowing the effect because it's attack and defense are both unknown.
