Welcome to c/d GT3 talk and help thread.
GT3 has to be one of the best racing games around on the PS2 and no other racing game around can even come close to the graphics of the GT3

My tips:
Learn to drive.
There are no cheats for GT3 unless you got a cheat system like Action Replay V2.
You could also buy GT concept, complete this you get money money that you can use in GT3 and also all the Licences I think.

I completed GT3 without any cheats and now I'm just waiting for GT4.
I still drive in GT3 as I have a force feedback wheel now. Very cool that is and I can also get faster laptimes using the wheel.

So people talk about GT3 if you want.

start off with the mazda mx-5 race the superspeedway enough times to earn enough money to modifiy your car to the capabilitys it needs..i put stuuff like turbos and intercoolers in.....im on profesional league and ma best car is probaly my 1000bhp viper and ma 900bhp volvoline escort rally car...i have other cars aswell like the penzzoil yellow skyline ford gt 40 subary rally prototype....elise sport...paganni zonda and the suzuki with the massive spoiler....

thast a good stratigy go bonkers on spending dosh on every car..wats ur fastest car nitrous oxide....mines the viper i said about..oohhh and while im hear take a look at the ps3 theard and the link in the black snake's post it says they are gona stop makin gt games for the ps2 after gt4 and make GT 5 ON DA PS3!!! HOW COLL IS DAT!!

My fastest car has to be the Viper GTS as well and the Lotus 350 Sport and both of them have a 1000+Hp. I also like the GT40 and the cobra both with TCS and ASM off.

I also spend a lot of time on suspension setting for a lot of my cars, so with the Lotus 350 Sport I can do 1:13xxx around Laguna Seca.

Well it don't look like Goku12 is coming back to c/d so I can close this thread or turn it into a GT3 talk thread.

i havn seen ma best time for laguna seca wen i first done it i was hopless around that spiral downslop turn king of hill....any way...were u from perhaps u can send me ur memory card by post so i can trade some of my cars for ur hot machines.....lol...only joking u probaly live in america or somefin...any way ccould u turn it into a gt talk thread that would be thankful....

Yes I have changed it into a GT3 talk thread now and if Goku12 does come back he can still look at the tips we posted. I did once hate Laguna laguna seca because of that same down hill section but it's become one of the best tracks to set a car up on so I guess I kind of like it now.

Other tracks I like are:
Midfield and Apricot Hill

Tracks I hate:
complex string
Stage 11 < to many corners lol
Rome track < not racing on that for about a year or 2 now.

I find the cobra good to drive fully tuned with TCS and ASM off. I can even win races when i want to in this car. Oh and another one has to be the TVR Speed 12, needs no tuning has already got the mad power and so that it turns better take the TCS and ASM off, oh the fun of that lol

i just got off this game.....i just spent 500 grand bought the nissan skyline and done a full on engine rebuild *buy all new parts and sh*t* it handles good on the road and has awesome accelaration...do u know if it has online play ...if so we could battle it out see who the better driver is.....for now we can only talk.....

No online play for GT3 but it should be in GT4 when that comes out.

I like the Skyline but I think the Nismo 400R is a lot better, fully tuned with no ASM and TCS, watch it drift lol.

There isn't really anyway of finding out who the best driver is and who cares lol
I got 100% win rate and I have a status of 100% complete on GT3.
22 million credits as well lol

well i got 80% rate of winning but i hav checked anything else....im slowly making my way through it...i just bought a cobra the classic colour blue and wite...

I have had GT3 since it game out on with the PS2. Took me a few years to complete it but oh well, the classic cobra looks cool and I don't mind it in black either and fully
tuned it's even better.

nitrous oxide do u know wen u complete the the couple of races in each like championship do you sell ur cars for dosh....or do u keep them and tune them to the max....well i keep the best ones...the best reward car iv had so far is the evo prototype and the ford gt-40....wat about you???

I only sell them if I have already won the car before, some of the same cars can be won in other championship races as well so yea I do sell most of them. Maybe thats why I got 22 million credits lol

ye u mostly get the mazda mx-5....i currently doing the gt world championship in amuture league...im using ma viper 1000bhp....what i used to do is go onit around 6ish in the afternoon..and do the turbo championship test track race for 15,000 alll night...i don it for about 3 weeks running...untill i got about 300,000 and carry on from there....lol....crazy i know???

lol not a bad idea but the best way to get the money is to get the suzuki with the massive spoiler and race in the enduro race around the speedway track, then you might win the F1 car which you can use to win races or just sell it to add up even more money.

Thats a good tip for anyone new to GT3
