OK I know there are ALOT of adventure gamers out there, and im terribly surprised of those who havent played of or even heard of The Monkey Island Series, (4 in all, newest are The Curse Of Monkey Island (PC and Escape from Monkey Island(PC + Ps2)) and Grim Fandango. All comedy adventure games. (all made by Lucasarts).

The general gist of The Curse Of Monkey Island is that your Fiancee gets turned into stone because of a cursed ring, and you must basically get her back to real life, your a failure of a pirate called Gybrush Threepwood.

Escape.. is a sequel, equally as brilliant, you have to travel to Monkey island (To find the ultimate insult(you have insult fights in both games), you must learn things like Monkey Combat (think mortal combat.. with monkeys..).

Grim Fandango is unrelated to the others but is great aswell, your a dead skeleton person (A Grim Reaper Himself) who's job it is to sell ways to get people to heaven by selling them packages, the better life you have led the better deal you sell. But thats only the storyline, and you dont actually sell anything to anyone. In the game, you become a member of a secret underground clan, a casino owner and the owner of a boat, accompanied by a huge insane orange demon mechanic who has a gambling problem.

Man, Grim Fandango was good but I found it quite difficult. I've got all 4 Monkey Island games...They're all good. But the Curse Of Monkey Island is awesome! Hehe...Sword insult fights. I love em.

Grim Fandango i havn't played actually! mayb i may invest u can buy these sort of games from Sold Out often 2 for the price of 3

Yeah they are all pretty hard games and require alot of thinking! ++
