So yeah picks your favourite and fight for it!

Pros and cons for the three main consoles:

X-Box Pros

Has a built in HD.
4 controller ports on console.
733MHz CPU (the most powerful out of the three and gives fast loading times)
233 MHz graphics processor (the most powerful out of the three)
The best online experience around.
Great games (Halo, Project Gotham Racing 2 etc)
No disc read errors.

X-Box cons

It's huge and weighs a ton!
Takes ages copying CDs to the HD.
You have to pay to play online.
You have to buy a remote to play DVDs.

PS2 Pros

Eyetoy
Final Fantasy
Free online play!
You can stand it up vertically.
San Andreas will be on PS2 first.
You don't have to buy a remote to play DVDs!

PS2 Cons

Disc Read Errors! ARGH!
300 MHz CPU (the worst processor out of the three, giving crappy loading times)
150 MHz Graphics Processor (the worst graphics out of the three)
You have to buy a multitap for four player games.

GameCube Pros

485 MHz CPU (Good processor giving fairly quick loading times)
162 MHz Graphics processor (Not bad but not much different from the PS2s processor.)
Tiny discs which are easy to carry around!
Tiny console which isn't a hassle to lug around!
Some good games on it (SSMB, Super Monkey Ball 2 etc)
4 controller ports!
No DREs!

GameCube Cons

Lack of GTA series on the console.
Complex controller design making it easy to press the wrong button.


Well, my favourite is the X-Box. Why? Because it's the most powerful and has some brilliant games on it! Also has the best online experiance ever...Even if you have to pay for it.

Eyetoy - Cant argue with that, great fun!
Final Fantasy - uhm yeah, we have boring games aswell you know
Free online play! - Free CRAP Online play.

small and light-easy to carry around
best controller-special spots that are designed for certian fingers
4 controller ports
fun free for all games (SSBM)
can play gameboy games with added GB player adaptor
same jack as n64 av cable so if you lose your GC cord one you can use your n64 one.

Pretty good Sport games
Has all the GTA Games
Can connect to the Internet
PS2 Cons
Has no Mario games
Gamecube Pros
Can take with you to diffrent places
Has Wireless Controllers
Has 10-13 year old type games like Sonic the Hedehog, Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda, and types of games like that.
Has Gameboy Player to play gameboy games on the TV
Gamecube Cons
Can't connect to the Internet
Doesn't have very many RPG's

actually gamecube does have internet adaptors... the only game you can use it for is phantasy star though...... which i might add sucks. cmon nintendo...get online

the wireless 4gamerz soft touch 3.2gb radio frequency wireless controls are pretty good except i broke mine snapped the right thumbstick

dayle I should delete that post, i'm tired of these console wars, if The Xbox had any competition at all ppl would have more reasons than 'Ps2 pwns' or ps2 rocks coz u can play PS1 games...

hang on, i think i just figured it out.... it's the controllers. the PS2 controllers, because we've grown up with them so long we feel more comfortable playing with them, and Microsoft fumbled with the original Xbox control and tried to redeem with the Controller S...

this has nothing to do with the systems themselves but with the accessories, oh and the pretty colours on the loadup screen for Ps2, built in subliminal messaging
