Is this cheat/hack for offline play?

I would hope so. Since those that use cheats ONLINE are IMO, pathetic losers. However, I am all for getting the upper hand on a BOT, since they don't seem to have a problem with cheating. Shooting through walls, seeing you when your hiding in tall grass... that sorta thing....
