Diablo 2 Players Out There?

Yes the game may be old, but it is still quite an amazing game, one of the best free online games out there i might add. (Free as in you dont have to pay for the service)

Well, talk about Diablo and stuff here, yep.. Just wanted to show you my latest achievement

I must thank Nick Hyral for telling me how to get this, and also for aiding me in killing that beast of a demon

I like Diablo 2. Infact, IMHO, I think it's one of the best RPG's out. Yes it's old, but it's still fun as can be. The 1.10 patch helped alot & the editor for 1.10 was AWESOME. Like anyone here that has ever played & beaten Diablo 2 more than once, it's time to start hacking. OFFLINE of course.

IMHO, nothing is more satisfying than having a massive, cool looking axe (Hacked of course) & attacking an enemy, only for the screen to come alive with the pyrotechnicks of the magic spells that you impued into the axe.

Good fun.

Sadly right around the time that the good mods for D2 were comming out, other RPG's were releaqsed & so development on further mods was cut rather short.

Sigh...

Yeah, I've got it. Yup, it's pretty old but it's a decent game online.

Do any of you have the expansion, Lord of Destruction? Does add some replayability to the game, and adds some more treasure and stuff. Plus, you get to actually defeat Bael at the end, who is incredibly tough.

I also have LOD. It's not bad. The 1.10 editor is awesome that it lets you give yourself a Barbarian Warrior to help you right from the beginning of the game. I wish they would make a Diablo 3, with like a random map generator...

Blizzard's main concern is the Ghost game that they are/were (?) making for all the home consoles. If they can get that out, then maybe they'll do Diablo 3. That would be kinda cool, except for the fact that I would have to buy a new comp just to play it. (Mine isn't all that great considering the games out right now)

Of course, if Ghost completely dies out, Blizzard may or may not survive long enough to make another game. Ghost was supposed to be a good game.

I saw previews and screen shots for StarCraft:Ghost, and honestly I thought it totally sucked balls. It looked really gay honestly. I think Blizzard should just forget stupid lame games and make StarCraft 2 and Diablo 3, thats what most B.net users want, not this other gay crap.
