Ki balls

I know wat you all are thinkn , "he's mad in the head," but you see, i believe in the whole make a ki ball thing and i think that it is real because when i do some execises i can feel the ki and get a tigle in my hands and everywhere, plus here's a great site for all of you who are interested: [url]http://www.geocities.com/thekidojo/#intro[/url]

I hope that You believe me and dont take me as a wakko, ppl have actually done this( I think ) and this kinda stuff is really powerful.

Very interesting, but I believe using the energy in your body for creating a ki blast for example in an effective way takes not days, but years of practice. I haven't read all of it yet though. I will when I have the time because I'm quite interested in energies...

I believe this is Some form of Meditation, having you focus on one thing or another, sure, you probably will not create a Ki (Blast) but it may Create some form of energy within you, I cant think of the word though, but its spiritual energy Formed within Deep Meditation, hmm.

Yea i agree that it is a form of energynd meditation, even though you canne see it, it is still a very powerful force and should be used wisely, i have read on a site that someone had charged up a ball and threw it across a room nearly knocking his brother off the bed.

pep don't be so quick to rule it out, i believe wat the chinese call 'chi' or 'lifeforce' does flow throughout everyone, i believe that with proper state of mind and state of being one can focus these energies.. the famous 'one inch punch' is a prime example of this... can anyone do this... possibly, with the right dedications and training.

I wonder have any of you ever meditated or tryed to focus energy, I know I have and one time a few days ago i was focusing on my ki and i felt a pushing force between my hands, this may have been a ki ball but then as soon as i got it i lost it again cuz i was excited, lol.
