Easy money
once you get about $5k, go betting, bet on the red/blue one, so your guaranteed to make profit, once you get $10k, buy the nearest house to the betting office, save game. Go betting, bet on the last or second last horse, 1/2 your cash, the first time, the remaining the second time, if you dont win load the game again, after every win, save. Then Go back again.
Im 2 missions into the 2nd island, and I have $8,400,000

Or near the end, complete lots of side missions such as valet parking and you can pick up money daily.

Awesome....You'll be needing that cash for some of the stuff in Las Venturas...What a profit! In San Fierro, I only had about 50K. Of course, that quickly went up to 200K.
