Okay,if this is Saphire/Ruby,go to the Pokemon League(trust me,my Blaziken's at level88)repeatedly.Also,when you beat it 100 times,getting in the Hall of Fame every time,May will appear.If you beat her,she starts following you around.If it's Fire Red/Leaf Green,trade over to Ruby/Saphire and do as above.

She does trust me and to get five stars I think there might be another way:beat the Pokemon League 80 times.It may not work though.

It may seem a bit cheap but i use an actionreplay for all my training:

first take ur poke feed it with vitamins until the stats you wish to raise have been raised to their maximum: remember this is 100 via the vitamins leaving 152 to be aquired thru battles.

next plug ur action replay with a pokemon encounter code, lets say for instance you wish to battle for HP you would select encounter mew as mew gives 3hp

Equip ur pokemon with the macho brace and battle 25 mews, i battle in oldale town : only because i like battling low level poks so that i can gasp at the huge stat increse when they level up

lets say u then wish to raise speed, with the macho brace still on battle 25 raichu's they each give 3speed ev points.

so now ur two stats have 100+ (25x6)" remember macho brace doubles ev" = 250
this leaves 2 points remainign for this stat, remembering you cannot excede 252 in any one stat.
next battle withotu a macho brace one pikachu for the 2 remaining points in speed and one blissey for the two remaining in hp.

you will now be left with 6 points remaining, i tend to use this on one of the defences or hp, its all personel choice.

to check that all ur points have been achieved go to the women next to the vitamin guru in slateport, if she gives you the effort ribbon then you know that trainign is now finished, you can feed ur poks with rare candy to lv 100 or battle as you like without this effecting the stats.
