which do you think is the strongest pokemon i say its latias

Anime-wise, it is Ho-Oh.

Game-wise, it is Ho-Oh, Lugia, Mewtwo, and Rayquaza that are at the top in the stats department.

Again, anime-wise, it is Rayquaza.

In-game, I would say Kyogre. Although there is a possibility of Groudon beating Kyogre, Kyogre's Ice Beam can destroy Rayquaza.

Groudon beating Kyogre would be slim... my friend has a lvl 76 Groudon and a lvl 87 Rayquazza and my lvl 68 Kyogre can 1-Hit-KO them both...

My postys were about stats. I do agree that Kyogre would wipe out Groudon and Rayquaza. I've never used him before, since I have Ruby, but my stepsis let me restart her Sapphire and I caught it ^^;; *happily caught it with a Timer Ball . . . I wasted my Master Ball on Groudon unfortunately* But I digress.

Latias can be wiped out by a dark pokemon or any dark move easily... Deoxys is the STRONGEST game-wise, Rayquaza anmie-wise as Neto stated

Oh, wait, that's right. Actually, I'd consider Defense Deoxys to be the strongest. Add a Recover, a couple of Calm Minds, Night Shade (at level 100), and a filler (Psychic, most likely), and you have a long-lasting killer Pokémon.

yes maybe but a latias can learn a ghost and a fighting move my latias is very good
