zombies! i need some Help!!

i have nevered played this game. its called zombies ate my neighbors. i am at the level 25. the one called look who's shopping. i can't seem to find my neighbor to save him or her. there is this one side that i can see but can't get to so that i can go thru the door to see if that is where i am supposed to go. i have run all over this place and there just doesn't seem to be a way to get there . i keep getting blocked by ant holes. is there a way to jump over the ant holes??
