Personally, I doubt it is a glitch. Maybe Celebi was programmed into the game, however, it is extremely rare. I don't mean shiny-rare, I mean ultra-rare. It will appear at random if it's true. There is no way of making it appear.

They are handy. You can do alot more stuff than you normally could in the game . . . It makes it, shall we say, easier?

No, actually, AR is better than GS by far. U should see how glitchy GS is. Jus send ure AR to the company, and they'll send u a working one if its still undder warranty . . .

GR or AS, the ultimat mix btween an AR and GS, never glitches, works perfect

i thought you was ment to be a pokemon master [n]eto there is 100% no chance finding a celebi in the wild you should know that you should do some research.
