I need serious help

I need serious help, where is the move deleter on Pokemon Fire Red, i really need to find him to delete a HM i accidentaly taught to my Venusaur Please help

Okay, now i'm stuck, the move deleter is in neither of those places, somebody tell me if u definitely know where it is and tell me, pleaz. I definitely need serious help now

i think only cut and strength can be taught to venasuar so its gotta be 1 of them
