Pokemon Adventure Part 1, not a rpg

I didn't know it but i was soon to embark on a journey that would change my life for ever...

DODRIOOOOOOOOO!!! I woke up with a shock. It was half past eight. I wasn't late for my meeting with Prof. Oak. "Phew, right better get dressed," i thought to myself. I got dressed and met up with Prof. Oak in his lab. Gary was there. He hissed at me. I just stuck my two fingers up to him. Prof. Oak came in. "Gramps, Ray just swore at me," moaned Gary in a sneaky way. "Oh for pete's sake Gary, stop telling tales," said Prof. Oak."Now, Ray, pick a pokemon from that table, Charmander, Squirtle or Bulbasaur." Gary went to open his mouth to complain but Prof. Oak told Gary to stop moaning or he wouldn't get a Pokemon. I obviously picked Charmander as i loved fire Pokemon. Being the grass-loving idiot he was, Gary picked Bulbasaur. He was an idiot because he picked a grass pokemon which my Charmander could obviously wipe the floor with. I got out a TM without anybody knowing and taught Flamethrower to my little Fire-Pokemon. I caught up with Gary and challenged him. He sent out Bubasaur and I sent out Charmander. "Charmander, Flamethrower, now!" I shouted. "What, Flamethrower, you're bluffing," said Gary. But I wasn't. A giant burst of flames hit Bulbasaur directly. It fainted easily. Gary was lleft baffled as I set out for Viridian City. Before I set out for Viridian City, Prof. Oak gave me a Pokedex. He explained to me what it did and then I entered Route 1, the first step on my journey to becoming a Pokemon Master...
