MIRAGE Type=Electric

Maximises the user's speacial attack and evaisivness. Lowers both defences sharply and reduces HP to 1
PP=5

RAILGUN

Fires a small, superfast electrn stream at the foe, hits first.
Has a high critical hit ratio.

Accuracy=85%
Power= 100
PP= 10


Geiser Type=Water

Uses the pkmn's internal heat to build up a pressure of steam.
then blasts the foe with a scolding stream that may cause a burn. 10%

Accuracy=100%
power=80
pp=10

i was just thinking about that person who liked unusual type couplings ( i don't know who it was who liked the type combinations) and they said about wanting a steel/dragon type and i realised Rayquaza is a dragon/steel pokemon. Just so i can let anyone who didn't know this know it.

why cheap? because it would be unbeatable? that to me says mroe aobut ur merits as a trainer than the merits of it being an unbeatable/overpowered AKA cheap pokemon : no pkmn is unbeatable if you know what ur doing

You're right. I'd use a Defense Deoxys level 100 with Night Shade and beat it in about a turn or two. Still, that is quite a cheap legendary.
