I have pgr1 and loved it but i was wonderin if it was worth it to get the sequil.how is it any different to the origional.and what is the best car?

Well I got PGR2 really cheap coz I only got the Xbox late last year, I then bought PGR1 a few weeks later but took it back to the shop to get my money back because PGR2 is a way better game. Not sure what the best car would be because there are so many but all in all the answer is yes... PGR2 is well worth getting as the improvments can really been seen.

P.S You may also be intrested in Forza Motorsport on the Xbox that come out soon, I played a demo version of the game 2 weeks ago and I was very impressed, it'll be a good match for GT4 on the PS2 me thinks.

PGR2 - Good game, you should be able to find it cheap. Get it if you liked the first one, there's lots of improvments. This will keep you entertained until Forza Motorsport comes out...

i played the forza motorsport demo and it was really very hard and quite crap lol. they made the realism too high and the fun very low.i read in the oaxm that microsoft r listening to their ppls and now the realism drops only a little and the fun gets upped a lot.there is a new corner feature which is optional i believe and it tells u where u shuld go into the corner but keeps secret wat speed and breakage u need on it. very interesting...
wat bout v8 supercars 2/toca race driver 2? they r great games even though i sucked at them lol. PGR2? get it ASAP stat

Forza Demo: meh i found it kinda easy for some reason, didn't at first but I guess it helped being on a track I knew rather well (Laguna Seca) which was modeled very well!

v8 supercars 2/toca race driver 2: Yes that is a very good game, the first one was also very good! oh yea Toca Race Driver 3 has been anounced by codemasters! Got the Code M newsletter from them a few weeks ago... engines will blow up now and tires will get worn out 2... hehe sounds very good indeed. Out end of this year

On a side note I really should drop by Gamestation on my way into work... just to make sure my lap record still stands at Midfield on GT4!

Yeah, in the latest issue of the OXM magazine, they said they had some concerns about Forza, basically saying what you are. It's too realistic for it's own good, etc...But aparently, Microsoft has ditched the game coding for that and made a new one. A code with less realism, more fun etc...So hopefully, Forza should be good after all...

actually, i was very happy they released the demo or otherwise, us ppls wuld really hate the game if it had too much realism, not to say we dont want it but that it does take the fun away from novice race drivers like me

i was thinking of getting PGR2 2day, the grafix r great, the realism and movement of the car from wat ive seen in play:more in the OAXM is brilliant. e.g wen ur braking into a turn the front of the car leans onto the road. just little things like that can make it a great game
im not much of a racing fan myself but there r exceptions to some games, especially this one and if i had a PS2 i wuld GT4.
