Pokemon RPG 3(New one)

Ok, rules:

1) Your first Pokemon can be either made up or Normal
2) The Max HP of a Pokemon is 200HP.
3) The max damage of your pokemon's move must be 60 damage
4) You may trade pokemon
5) Your pokemon is allowed to hold at max 3 items
6) These items will be traded if they are on your pokemon at the time of trading
7) The moves of your pokemon must be the same type as your pokemon
8) Normal, Dark and Steel Moves can be taught to any Pokemon
9) Items can be picked up when i say one has been dropped
10) You can either battle a wild pokemon or Capture it
11) You start with 5 pokeballs, a pokedex and 4 potions
12) You start with $3,000
13) The max level your first pokemon can be is Lv: 10
14) Your first pokemon starts with one move

Ok, shop:

Potion: $100
Pokeball: $200
Pretty Mail: $50
TM 01, Steel Claw : $2,000
TM 23, Flamethrower: $3,000
Horsea: $3,000
Vulpix: $3,000
Electabuzz: $4,000
Skarmory: $4,000
Onix: $5,000

OK, you choose a Pokemon and put down it's stats:

I choose Charmander:

Type: Fire
Lv: 10
Attacks: Ember, damage: 60, Type Fire
Hp: 200

I buy Flamethrower and teach it to Charmander. It does 100 damage

You put it on your Pokemon and if you trade it, when the person recievs the Pokemon with the mail, you tell them what it says.

No, i have 140 HP left, Egg Bomber does 60 Damage cos it's your first move. Flamethrower did 100 Damage cos it was a TM.

I use potion* Charmander has 180 HP*

Charmander, Ember, now!! *Glissey has 60 HP left*

P.S. You can only use 1 potion per turn

Err Im gonna lose anyway and I dont wanna lose any more potions
