I've beteen Super Mario 64 with 120 PowerStars
Once you have 120 stars go outsside and the canon will have opened blast yourself onto the roof and there will be a flying cap/hat and yoshi, if you talk to yoshi he/she gives you 99 lives(oviusly less if you have more than 0 lives).
