ok, first of all, who likes this game??? its good game but i need yalls help big time... ok i jes got to the part where i fight Shang Tsung, and i cant beat him because i have to fight him, then Kentaro, then Shao Kaun, without healin but a little health orb thing in between fightin them. and i cant beat it, and im doin with a buddy and still cant beat them... does anyone have any ideas on how to beat them to help us out???

i am using Liu Kang, and my friend is using Kung Lao, thats the only 2 characters you can be at the beginning

and what does the enemy do

ok we beat Shang Tsung, and then Kintaro and we beat Shao Kaun but we get his health down till about half way or a little bit more than half way and then Lui Kang throws his hammer back at him in a cut scene and then it makes him very mad and then he uses his hammer and he jumps around sometimes and then he starts swinging his hammer around wildly and thats when we cant beat him and u only get like a small health orb thing between the fights and udont get any health orbs when his health reaches half way

hey man, i'm @ the same spot but for ps2. I still cannot beat him, but i found that if you run away from him (super jump) and then do use the double jump, you might get away from him a little easier. He will then get tired and go down on 1 knee.

Anybody else have other suggestions...i'm using Liu kang..

okay,
I have just beat them... all you have to do is keep running around in circles and also do a super jump when Shoa Kahn gets near you. When he starts to do the hammer spin, do 2 super jumps away from Kahn and he will get tired. Very easy. I got to him with danger and he did not even touch me once.

The game ends after that..i finsihed with 54% completion rate, which is kind of boo.

so after u beat kaun, the game ends?? thats, im only 72%ish through

yup the game ends. I guess you can restart the game using another character.

I haven't liked a Mortal Kombat game ever since it came to PSX, don't like it on PS2 and don't like it on Xbox.

Call me old fashioned but I loved MK on Sega and the MK3.

Hmm, It kinda looked like something else at first, but then I saw the ussual life gauges of you and your opponent, and just thought of it as another fighting game

I feel your pain doc.. Of course, i can't even get Shao Kahn down to half health... I'm pretty stuck as well. My suggestion is to run up to him, do a few quick jabs, and when he looks like he is about to hit you, do a dodge toward him, he will miss while your rolling on the ground.

I't be a lot easier to show somone how to do this however, if you know what i'm talking about, congrats lol.
