I know to block her.. and I will, but this time it's different than a regular spammer... she's not advertising a site or anything.. it's just to get you to call her number.. I think it's a bot, so I thought I'd warn you before I block her.
She also used the same sequence of conversation on my shoutbox.

The Solution to getting rid of this bot: (posted by Xhio)
This bot tries everything, if you disable their pm abilities, they'll use email, PM, shoutbox and posts to give out a phone number.
DO NOT CALL HER/ITS PHONE NUMBER!!!!
When you call her phone number, 'she' can hijack your phoneline and run up your bill by charging her calls to your line. This is a variation of an older scam. Record her phone number and the IP Address. If you have fraudulent charges on your phonebill as a result of calling the number, or if you are charged for the call, above normal long distance rates for your area, contact the phone company.
I would recommend that you record her IP address, block her, and put her in a 'Banned' User Group that has 'No' checked for allowing posting, email, and PMing. Do not let her have access to your board and keep her quarantined in the Banned User Group.
To make sure that she is unable to access your board, do the following:
