Can PC's play both NTSC and PAL Dvds?
Any idea if PC's can read DVD's in NTSC format?

Well ours didn't but I would guess it depends on what software/hardware you have installed as well.

I think they can, my one does. I have 2 american games, 1 of wich is a dvd format one
