I playing Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and I'm stuck in village for rocks
or something like that and I must pass to a cave but I need the king's permission and to get that I must play a song but I don't know which one ....
so If any one know the song that I should play just post here ?? (please).

Are you talking about King Zora from Zora's Domain.

If so, you don't need to play a song but you must show him the Bottle with a letter in it from Princess Ruto. The letter can be found somewhere at the bottom of Lake Hylia.

To get you need to be in Zora's Domain, then dive way down into the hole to Lake Hylia ( In order to get the Deep diving ability you need to succesfully end the Coin Dive game ). After you dove into the hole, you will end up in laky Hylia with the Lettered Bottle very close somewhere at the bottom of the lake close to you

i didn't reach this far I remembered the cave i need to pass is Dodongo's Cave the city was Goron City and I think the king's brother (is sitting out side) said that his brother love to hear somehing from the forest ......

and I wanted to know how to learn the Epona's song and song of storms

ah Right, To open the closed door in front of the Kings Room you have to play Zelda's Lullaby.

To let the king talk to you you need to play Sara's Song, to learn that you need to go to the Lost Woods, find her and talk to her, she's at the shrine in the Lost Woods, just follow the portals where you here the music still clearly (The owl will explain too)

You can't learn Epona's Song yet, you will learn that after a long time when you grow up in the Lon Lon Ranch after actually racing succesfully against the Grumpy farm owner.

Song of Storms is learned in Kakariko's Village, go over to the man in the Mill and stand in front of him and just play something as a kid. Then after you become adult you can go back to him and stand in front of him again, then show your ocarina and he will flip out saying long ago a mean kid played a song that let the Mill go berserk, he will learn you the Song of Storms then.

then I went inside the cave i reached a place have a rock like the one on the tombs and it says :

Giant dead Dodongo....
when it sees red ,
a new way to go
will be open
what that mean ??? could you help me to pass this

You need to throw bombs right in the eyes of the giant dead dodongo.
To do so you need to be on the bridge above the huge head, then you can drop down onto the head using the holes in the bridge and when you are in one eye, put a bomb down and stay safe from the blast radius (but still stay on the head) then do the same thing with the other eye, then a way will be open.

I need the last spiritul stone I think its the water one which is in Zora's Domain so how to reach to Zora's Domain ????

Zora's Domain is in the eastern part of the world, just follow the river which is somewhere outside of Kakiriko Village (so on Hyrule Field) into some eastern corner, then blow up the Rocks with a bomb, jump and crawl your way to the big waterfall, play Zelda's Lullaby to open the waterfall which lets you enter Zora's Domain.

I took the bottle and I showed it to the King and there is a whale (after passing the King) how to reach to the skull the one is shown on the map (I got the princess).

You have to go down into one of the sinking portal things, until you got the right one.

I think If I went there I would go to the down floor but I'm in the correct floor , I'm facing the correct way there is a moving rock up and down but when I jump to the Moving Rock and I jump agian to reach the correct way Link can't reach to it ..(i'm sending some photos in attachments).

You have to explore the other rooms first where you haven't been.
You have to pick up Princess Ruto and bring her to some place with the Spiritual Stone on some platform, throw her on the platform and she will rise with the platform and a monster will come down, then a mini-boss battle will start.

After killing the mini-boss go on the platform and rise up, this allows you to reach the boss room.

I did that and I met Sheik and he told me that I must go to the Kakariko Village to learn a new ability so I went there and I learned the song of storms as you told me is this the new ability if it is not where I could find it then what to do after I get it ???

Song of Storms is just a side thing to do.

What you're supposed to do is go to the Graveyard, then on the left should be a grave with flowers in front of it, Grab that grave and pull it back to open a hole.

Go in and follow the grave keeper, watch out for the flames he throws.
After you succesfully followed him you will get the item you need.

so I reached to the forest temple and I have opened the second chained door and then I reached a room with a chest on the wall and another chained door so who to open the chest or where to find the key for the door ...??(the chest in the corner and there is a monsters shadows come from the ceiling).
