Ohh, well. Ive forgotten where most of them are, i knw where one is.
On the Church level (forgot name, mabye St Mere Englise?) has a graveyard, there is a little shed with a few boxes. Jump on the boxes, and at the same time, jump and crouch to land on the window ledge. Then just move to the right to get to a hidden area.
