*hits head* help me, sacred underworld dryad forest

It's unbelievable..but yes, I'm stuck in Sacred underworld. I thought the game was easy up till now, I mean, I played sacred with EAAAASE seriously ( not very much of a challenge when you stuck half your inventory with healingpotions now is it Tieke..oh stfu concience) anyway..
the time has come my friends, I AM STUCK....
< and I browsed all of internet to find the solution but it seems that I 'm just so stupid cuz noone had any trouble..>

ANYHOW, SKIP THE INTRO READ THIS..

so I'm in the dryad forest right, ladidadida, pwning stuff with my lvl 54 deamon in great shiny armor, solve the quest of the demon key who'd clear my way out of the forest because 'the barrier is gone now that you've slain the demon.'
that's great, the questgiver turns into a salesman, no more questions asked. So allright, there I went..and after flying over the whole damn forest... I realised..damn..wherever the hell is that barrier, I can't get... I can't get out of here! so I check my logbook right, and it says 'The maze in the treetops lays behind me, the tower of Shaddar lies before me, what a suprise.'
well, suprise indeed, because if I close the damn logbook, I'm still in that damn dryad maze. No tower of Shaddar here, no sir-eee!
So i flew and flew ( if I weren't a demon..sigh) over the forest, until I find this grey evil looking mountain thing. Good, I think this is hell's ridge, can solve the quest after all, so I trained a little, killed a few monsters here and there...getting closer to the target...but...I can't reach it! I've never, even , reached it..so HOW AM I GOING TO GET OUT ( like..the real way you're supposed to get out) OF THE DRYAD FOREST!!! HELP ME PLEASE!!! >.<
