X-Box Problems (Help pl0x lol)

Lately, my box has been troublesome. NO matter how many times i use a cleaning disk with my box, clean the CD im trying to use with my trusty Scratch DR, or open the bad boy up and clean the DVD drive, i keep getting disk reading errors when playing KOTOR II, KOTOR, and Fable, specifically. The majority of the problem lies in loading another map. It stalls about half way and just quits.

Fable it freezes after a while of standing still, both KOTOR's have the loading problem.

Any suggestions as to what i can do to solve these problems, or are others having the same troubles with these afore mentioned games>?

I think your xbox is trying to tell you its dieing.... either that or the games you are trying to load have to many scratches on them.

scratch doctors are crappy they dont really help
the only way to prevent this is to put ur disks in their cases so they dont get scratched
i heard toothpaste can fill up the scratches as good as scratch docters but ive never tried it so i wont recomend it

Don't believe everything you hear on the Internet The only thing I know off that can remove scratches cost a hell of a lot of money $4,000/£2000 and the only places that might have them are small family run game shops... might clean disks for you for probably $2-$4 each.

Yea the Xbox360 blows the old Xbox out the water in every way. This area of the forum has been dead for a while as well with everyone upgrading to the Wii, PS3 or Xbox360
