Abe's Exoddus: oddworld. Can't get over

Hi people. I am stuck on one level for already one month. Can anyone help me with that. Here is the level:

Two screens. The first one has beer. The second one is two floor level with a lever on each. When the bottom lever is pulled the door on the right opens up. When the top lever is pulled a killer falls to the first floor and a general comes out on the second floor. there is also an electrifier on the second screen. I destroy it, and seize the general. Then I move to the first screen and teleport. After that I teleport several times and go down. But then I am stuck as there is no place to go. What do I do? Please help.

P.S. Please do not offer cheats. I hate them.
