Golden Sun: The Lost Age (Golden Sun 2)

To let everyone know, the sequel to Golden Sun was announced at E3.

The title is Golden Sun: The Lost Age.
Apparently in the sequel you assume the role of Felix, Jenna, and Sheba.

Cool. I sure hope it's good. The first GS, in my opinion, was good, but not exactly worth my money, and seemed a bit too easy. It didn't seem to have much of a story, either. ALL GOOD RPGs MUST HAVE A GOOD STORY! It was still fun though.

Are you kidding? Golden Sun was one of the best games that came out for the GBA. It had a good story. It was definitely worth my money. I can't wait until the Lost Age comes out, its going to be awesome.

The story of every RPG is to save the world or some variation of it and Golden Sun does it nicely. I have beaten the game several times and I have decided to see how high of a level I can train my party and obtain their most powerful moves. My Mia has just learned Pure Ply and it's great! It restores 1000 HP and only costs 12 MP! I want Ivan to learn Spark Plasma, Garet to learn Inferno and Pyroclasm, and Issac to learn Grand Gaia. After I have obtained these levels I will beat the crap out of my friends.

Okay, maybe the story was alright, it's just that I thought that the Alchemy part was a bit weird. Why Alchemy? And I also think that the fact that GS has graphics like Harvest Moon 64 is a bit weird, and several cinema scenes are just plain too long...it's still fun, and it did hold my attention for awhile.

Yes, the cinema scenes do tend to drag on and on at some points.

The first game was good and this one should be too although i think the graphics seem to look almost the same as in GS1

The graphics on the video look a little better than the ones on the original like the djinn attacks or the summons.

When exactly is gs2 supposed to come out?

Either late this year or early next year. There isn't an exact date.
