Need For Speed: High Stakes
:angryfire I need some help with the file config.dat. Whenever I download it, it will not open up and asks me to chose what program I want to open it with. In other words, the file will not work and therefore I can't use any of the cheats. Please Help!

i'm pretty sure winrar supports .dat

when u go to downlosd it u can send it to a sertin file so if u do that u should be able to open it like u can change it to save has all files
